Moderate means between 40 and 90 km with up to about 1,100 m of climbing. At present one tour sits here: the Forest Gravel Loop, 72 km with 1,050 m on pine-forest tracks and quiet farm roads. It is a full day, so you should be comfortable riding for several hours and handling gravel descents. If you regularly ride 50 to 70 km at weekends, it should be within reach. Riders who prefer less climbing can look at the easy group instead.
