Four tours fill a whole day. The Greenway Easy Day is 40 km and 180 m, flat and relaxed. The Forest Gravel Loop is 72 km and 1,050 m. The Volcano Gravel Day is 88 km and 1,600 m. The Costa Brava Coast Road is 118 km and 1,650 m with a seafood lunch stop. Plan food, water and an early start, and keep the evening clear. The range of effort is wide, so check distance and climbing before assuming that a full day means a hard day.
